Operations Evaluation

Projects

For the implementation of the Development Impact Assessment System (SEID), the following evaluations are established for operations:

  1. Ex-ante evaluation, an assessment that should be made before implementing the operation, where the objective, baseline and goal of the operation is defined.

  2. Project Monitoring Report (RSO), its feature focuses on determining the status of the operation (at a specific time) throughout its execution stage. The particularity of this phase is to provide continuous monitoring of the evolution of the operation over time.

  3. Ex-post evaluation consists of a systematic and objective assessment of an operation that is already completed, to measure the impact achieved.

Results Chain

For the project type operations, a results chain is used.

Intermediated Credit

Evaluations for intermediated credit operations use the Assesing the Impact of Microenterprise Services (AIMS) conceptual framework and project-type operations use the result chain. In both cases, the evaluation of the social and environmental standards for each operation is also elaborated.
