Luisa Noyola was born in Guatemala and has a bachelor´s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Francisco Marroquín of Guatemala, she has also a master's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Sustainable Development from INCAE Costa Rica and a postgraduate degree in Planning and Quality Assurance from the Universidad Galileo de Guatemala.

She has worked for more than 5 years at the Central American Bank for Central American Integration, during which she has worked in several agencies, the most recent being the area of Supervision of Credit Management. Prior to joining CABEI, she worked in private banking in Panama and Guatemala. Joined the Evaluation Office in July 2013 as an Evaluation Analyst.
